OVIEDO, Spain (15 th february 2011).- An International Conference on "Science, humanism and belief in a plural society" promoted by the Foundation Castroverde with the collaboration of the University of Oviedo will be held on days 13 and 14 October at the University of Oviedo.

So much so that in Manila, the Philippines, the official launch of the celebrations for the T.A. hundred years of life has been made at the end of 2010, in the context of the 50 th anniversary of San Pedro Poveda College.

MADRID, Spain (February 13th., 2011).- The Secretariat "Pedro Poveda", in the centenary year of the Teresian Association, has convoked a literary contest of short story on the life, thinking and action of Saint Pedro Poveda, founder of the above mentioned Association.

MADRID, Spain (February 4th., 2011).- 2011 is the “European Year of the Volunteer Work” as a tribute to the work that millions of people undertake every day, with great commitment and unselfishness, for a more equalitarian and just world. In this context of commemoration, InteRed, an ONGD, together with the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation (ARCID), recently presented in Madrid a documentary entitled: “Trueque: experiencias de voluntariado internacional”, filmed in Cochabamba, Tarija and Santa Cruz (Bolivia)...

VALENCIA, Spain (January 31th., 2011).- In the afternoon of Tuesday, January 18th., the Cathedral of Valencia was crowded with enthusiastic people of all ages who gather there to attend a thanksgiving Eucharistic celebration for the hundred years of life of the Teresian Association.

MADRID, Spain (January 28th., 2011).- The wealth of perspectives on an event helps it to gain a complete and major scope of significance. The “looks at the centenary of the Teresian Association” offered by different persons in their testimonies multiply the capacity of expression of the historical moment through which the T.A. is living while celebrating its hundred years. Videos, blogs, messages…all these channels should be shared.
