After the earthquake “Chile is helping Chile”

A communiqué from the T.A. in Chile about the situation

SANTIAGO DE CHILE (March 4, 2010).- Hours before a second earthquake of magnitude 6.4 hit the northern part of Chile, the Teresian Association in that country issued a communiqué, sharing what they call “our experience of destruction and displacement” after the seism of February 27th with strength 8.8, hit the region, leaving 279 dead, 800 missing and over a million and a half displaced, according to local news.
